Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan options? 

Yes! Our signature Almond Desserts are naturally 100% Vegan and Gluten-Free. It is an excellent luxury alternative for guests with dietary restrictions. We also offer specialized menu adjustments for our savory bites upon request.

Where is your food prepared? 

We operate out of a fully licensed and certified commercial kitchen in Northern Virginia. We follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and are fully permitted by the Fairfax County Health Department.

What is your service area? 

We proudly serve all of Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties) as well as the Washington D.C. metro area.

Can you cater a wedding "Late-Night Snack"? 

Absolutely. Our "Midnight in Sicily" package is one of our most popular options. we arrive during the final 90 minutes of your reception to serve hot Arancini and Fresh Cannoli to keep your guests energized on the dance floor.

How far in advance should I book? 

For weddings and large corporate events, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for the busy Spring and Fall seasons in NoVA.

What is your cancellation policy? 

We understand that plans can change. However, because we commit resources, staff, and fresh ingredients to your event well in advance, we adhere to the following schedule:

• 30+ Days Before Event: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus the initial non-refundable deposit.

• 14–29 Days Before Event: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund of the total contract value.

• Less than 14 Days Before Event: Due to the specialized nature of our Sicilian ingredients and prep  (hand-scraped Ricotta), cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
