Is your ricotta really homemade?

Yes. We start with whole milk and use apple cider vinegar to create our own curd. It’s a labor of love that you can taste in every bite.

How long can I keep the Arancini in my freezer?

For peak flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying your arancini within 3 months. While they are safe to eat longer, the Arborio rice is best when fresh-frozen.

How long does the Cannoli filling last? 

Since our ricotta is made fresh without heavy preservatives, the filling bag should be used within 5–7 days of purchase. Keep it tucked in the coldest part of your refrigerator!
